HPSC 2009 Recruitment Results Details, Haryana Public Service Commission

A combined competitive examination for recruitment to the following services/post is held by the Haryana Public Service Commission at Chandigarh, Haryana.

(v) A Class Tehsildar (Apprentices) Rs.8000-13500
(vi) Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer Rs.6500-10500
(vii) Block Development and Panchayat Officer Gazetted (un classified) Rs.6500-10500
(viii) District Food and Supplies Officer Rs.6500-9900
(ix) Assistant Employment Officer Rs. 6500-9900

2. Age: The candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years on 1st January of the year of examination. Upper age limit is relaxable upto 40 years for Scheduled Castes Scheduled Tribes of all states and Backward Classes of Haryana.

3. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree of a recognised University not lower than the degree of Bachelor of Science, Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, and Bachelor of any technical subject or their recognised equivalent.

4. Examination Fee: Rs.150/- (Rupee One Hundred Fifty Only) in the form of Treasury receipt or Crossed Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft in Favour of the Secretary Haryana Public Service Commission, Chandigarh and Rs. 75 (Seventy Five) for SC/ST categories of all States and Backward Classes of Haryana alone.

5. Plan of the Examination: The examination comprises:
(i) Written Examination in compulsory and optional subjects set out in para 6 below; and
(ii) Viva-Voce
