ENGAGEMENT OF MARINE ENGINEER ON CONTRACT BASIS
Paradip Port Trust intends to engage Marine Engineer on contract basis on the following terms:
1] Qualification:
Essential: Must hold 2nd Class MOT Combined steam and motor or with MOT 2nd class Single Certificate.
2] Age: 50 years as on 30.04.2009 subject to physical fitness.
3] Emoluments: (a) Consolidated Rs.23,000/- per month, (b) Unfurnished residential accommodation on payment rent, energy and water charges as applicable to Port employees (c) medical consultation in PPT Hospital for self on free of charges, (d) Conveyance Allowance of Rs.400/- per month for using personally owned two wheeler for performance of official duties,
4] Period of Contract: Initially for 06 (six) months and extendable for more spells of six months each.
5] Bond: The selected candidate will have to submit a bond that he will not claim regular service, whatsoever.
