Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the Back Log Post of “OFFICE SUBORDINATE” on regular basis in SV University, Tirupati as per the particulars detailed hereunder.
1. No. of Vacancies : One post for Scheduled Caste
2. Age as on 01.01.2009 Should not be less than 18 years and not more than 33 years
3. Age Relaxation For the candidates belong to SC, the upper age limit is relaxed with 5 years (i.e. 33+5 = 38 years)
4. Qualifications
a) Pass in VIIth Class
b) Knowledge of Cycling
5. Scale of Pay Rs.3850–100–4150–110–4480-115-4825-125-5200–135-5605-145-6040-155-6505-170 -7015- 185-7570- 200-8170-215-8600(RPS 2005) besides D.A., H.R.A., CCA and other allowances as per University rules..
6. Cost of Application Rs.50/-
7. Mode of Payment Amount shall be paid by means of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Banks drawn in favour of the Registrar, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, payable at Tirupati.
8. How to Apply:The candidates who want to have the applications by post must send D.D. along with a letter of request together with self addressed envelop (9cmX24 cm) stamps worth of Rs.30/- to the Registrar, S.V. University, Tirupati superscribing on the envelop as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF OFFICE SUB-ORDINATE” as per Notification No.E.I(5)/2008, dt.22.05.2009 on the envelop. The other candidates may approach directly the Registrar along with D.D. and collect the application during the Office hours
9. Travel & Boarding
Expenses No T.A and D.A. and other expenses will be paid by the University.
10. Issue of Applications The Applications will be issued by the Office at Neelam Sanjeeva Reddi Bhavan, SVU Campus, Tirupati on any working day from 25.05.2009 to 08.06.2009 during the office hours.
11. Last Date: The filled in application along with all necessary enclosures, Demand Draft towards Registration Fee of Rs.50/-, is 08.06.2009 upto 5 P.M. Further the application shall be accompanied with an envelop affixing postal stamp worth of Rs.30/- for sending the call letter by post to attend the interview.
12. Caste Certificate The Integrated certificate in support of Caste obtained from not below the rank of Tahsildar/Mandal Revenue Officer, of the respective area shall be submitted at the time of interview.
